TRU Community Care Offers Senior Medicaid Service in Lafayette CO. TRU PACE participants receive primary medical care, medication management, physical therapy, specialty services, in-home care, social work assistance, and transportation to and from the TRU PACE day center.
My gratitude for Tru Pace cannot not be placed in words. I honestly don't know what we would have done with out all the caring people, who took care of both my Mom and my Dad till the end. Tru Pace will be in my heart forever. Phenomenal group of people.

Q:Are tickets to events emailed? Someone wants to sell me some to a sold-out show, but I'm skeptical.
A:
TruPace is a program for Sr. Citizens. They are non-profit. They don't have any "shows" going on right now.

TRU PACE provides medical care, in home services, a day program and more. Our parent organization TRU Community Care has a Hospice Care Center at Longmont United Hospital. Please call 303-665-0115 if you have any questions.
