I rarely leave reviews, however I had to take a second to leave one for Ecoutez Hearing in Southlake. I was experiencing some hearing loss in one ear and finally decided it was time to get my ears checked. I cannot put into words how lucky I was to find Ecoutez! (Yes, I am that person that gets super nervous and shy when I walk into a doctors office) But….as soon as I stepped in I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist, I was in awe when I looked around….the office is so beautiful and calming. I met with Dr. Grace to discuss my hearing concerns and she listened attentively with open ears. She did a full exam, and fitted me with an awesome pair of hearing aids. I am so happy with them and would recommend anyone dealing with hearing loss to visit Dr. Grace and the Ecoutez team! She is the most kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful Dr. Again, so lucky I chose them!

10/10. I came here with what I thought was Tinnitus and had other Tinnitus “doctors” tell me I had it. Did an exam with Grace and she educated me beyond expectation to then find out that the sounds were anxiety induced, and that what I was hearing was 100% normal. I left feeling relieved, happy and ecstatic I came here. Super happy!!!
